E-Estate Group Inc. Completes Tokenization of Its 10th Property in Miami, Expanding Global Real Estate Access
E-Estate, a global platform for real estate tokenization, has successfully tokenized its 10th property — an apartment in Miami. This milestone underscores the company’s leadership in RWA (Real World Assets) and its mission to transform real estate investment through blockchain technology.
The Miami acquisition was personally overseen by Mike Hamilton, E-Estate’s lead investor and Co-Founder, who visited the city, secured the property, and ensured its successful integration onto the platform.
With a minimum entry of just $10 (1 EST Token), E-Estate offers investors worldwide access to tokenized real estate, daily income distributions, and a seamless management interface.
“Tokenization is changing the game,” said CEO Brandon Stephenson. “We spent over three years developing this platform to make real estate investment accessible, transparent, and scalable.”
E-Estate is now present in over 50 countries and has already implemented AI-driven tools to evaluate properties based on location, condition, features, and projected returns. The company is also preparing to begin purchasing properties directly from private owners, with detailed information about this process now available in the new “Sellers” section on the E-Estate website.
The platform continues to demonstrate technological resilience while handling rapid user growth, solidifying its role as a leader in the tokenized real estate market.
